Our counseling clients and partners mainly book sessions, services, and products on our website, www.impact.vision.

Sometimes, they require custom services and can pay on an invoice for products and services such as retreats, bulk curriculum purchases, bulk coupon codes, and sessions.

Zelle

This payment is only accepted if pre-authorized in writing by Impact Family Staff. Zelle payments are transferred by the person/company's phone number or email, such as Paypal. Impact Family Inc email to send payment is admin@impact.vision

Website Account or Stripe Portal

Clients can use the Impact Family Website Account Manager or Stripe Portal to update their credit or debit cards and upgrade certain subscriptions. Most plans can be updated in their Website Account, by subscription, or by purchasing a service/product on our website.

Invoice

We sometimes send clients and partners invoices with instructions on how to make payments. If the option is a credit card, the Stripe direct link will be embedded into the invoice. The client can constantly update their credit card directly on our Stripe Portal.
