To access your counseling session notes and letters, please use the Impact Family CRM. Follow these simplified steps to view or share your documents:
How to Access Your Notes & Letters in the CRM

Log In: Go to crm.impact.vision/admin and log in using your credentials (you may be prompted for an Email or SMS security code).

Find the Profile: Click "Customers" on the left menu and search for the client’s name.

Open the Noteboard: Click the "Noteboard" tab within the profile. This is where all session notes, letters, and attachments are kept.

View or Download: * Notes: Click "View" on any note to read the full content or download attachments.

Letters: Click the letter title to expand it. Use the Download button to save a copy.

Sharing: To make a document visible in the client portal, click the "Share with Client" button inside the specific note or letter.
Accessing via Google Drive
In some cases, your counselor may share notes or documents with you via Google Drive. You will typically be given "Commenter" status, allowing you to read the document and leave feedback for your counselor.
How to Check and Comment on Google Docs:

Check your Email: Look for an invitation from Google Drive or your counselor.

Open the Doc: Click the link in the email to open the document.

Add a Comment:

Highlight the text you want to talk about.

Click the "Add Comment" icon (a small blue speech bubble) that appears on the right side.

Type your message and press "Comment."
